A Beginner - Mixed Ability Vinyasa Flow Practice with Saira

Sometimes we just need a good stretch and flow to awaken and feel ready for the day ahead, but we don't have the energy for a full  standing, vinyasa flow  

This shorter practice is also ideal if you don't have much time.

A Seated Sun Salutation to get into the energy connection with movement and breath. Followed by low lunge into a hamstring stretch, twist and deep quad stretch. Moving into side stretch and balance variation, some core work and a lovely relaxation.
